This Privacy Policy explains what personal information MeghaJyoti (mohittrader.com) collects, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected when you use our website, scanners, course videos and community features.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address and mobile number, provided at sign-up (verified by OTP). Usage information: your plan, course/video progress, login activity and device/IP information, used for security (including our one-device rule) and to provide the service. Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay or by UPI/QR confirmation. We do not store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN on our servers; we keep only the transaction reference needed to activate and support your plan. Support messages: anything you send us on email, WhatsApp, Arattai, Telegram or the Contact Us page, so we can resolve your query.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to: create and secure your account; activate and manage your plan; provide scanners, videos and community access; prevent account sharing and fraud; respond to support requests; and send service-related updates (such as activation or expiry information). We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

4. We Never Sell Your Data

Your personal data is never sold and is never shared with unauthorized third parties. It is shared only where necessary to run the service — for example with our payment processor (Razorpay) to complete a payment, or with hosting/communication providers that deliver the website and messages — and where disclosure is required by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences (such as theme and language). These cookies are required for the website to function and are not used for third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention

Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, security and legal purposes. Video-progress and usage records are kept so your course progress is not lost between logins.

Passwords are stored in hashed form, access to systems is restricted, and logins are monitored for suspicious activity. No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or raise any privacy concern, by writing to us at meghajyotitrading@gmail.com from your registered email. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
